Yes. Our socks are designed to be comfortable and non-slip both day and night. During the day, they support walking and standing. At night, they can provide additional relief during recovery. However, make sure to remove the socks regularly (e.g., when showering) to ensure optimal foot climate.

We use a breathable bamboo yarn (85% viscose from bamboo, 10% nylon, 5% elastane). The bamboo material is naturally antimicrobial, moisture-absorbing, and very soft to the touch. Nylon and elastane ensure the sock retains its shape and provides the desired compression.

To ensure a long lifespan, wash your socks as follows:

Machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag (protects the fibers and ensures consistent compression).

Do not use fabric softener or bleach (this will damage the antimicrobial properties of the bamboo yarn).

 Air dry or use a gentle cycle (do not use a hot dryer; heat can affect elasticity).

Many users report noticeable relief after wearing them for the first time – especially in the heel and arch area. For chronic conditions such as long-standing plantar fasciitis, the effect can only really take effect over several days, as the foot gradually realigns and circulation improves over the long term.

BambooFit is not designed as medical compression therapy for severe venous disorders (e.g., severe varicose veins, thrombosis) or open foot wounds (e.g., diabetic foot syndrome). In such cases, you should definitely consult your doctor beforehand. However, BambooFit can be a useful supplement for mildly swollen legs or minor foot problems.

With proper care, BambooFit will maintain its optimal compression performance for approximately 6–12 months. If you notice a significant loss of fit or the socks feel too loose, it's time to get a new size or a fresh pair to continue providing the best possible support.
